Filter the claim history in the web app

Search your Claim History in the web app to determine the status of a claim and review the Explanation of Benefits.

Filter the Claim History

  1. Click History on the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  2. The Claim History will show all patients, claim types and claim statuses.
  3. Change the claims view by Patient or Benefit Type, as you prefer.
  4. Filter the list of claims with options on the left sidebar on the screen:
    a. Patient: to review claims under one person's name.
    b. Status: to review all claims that were submitted, approved or rejected.
    c. Claim Type: to see claims for specific services.
    d. Period: to sort through dates of service and narrow down the claims listed.

Claims Status

  • Submitted claims are under review and will only show claim details regarding payment once they are approved or rejected.
  • Approved claims have been reviewed and will include a statement to advise of the payment breakdown.
  • Rejected claims have been reviewed and will include information about the reason for rejection.

Explanation of Benefits

When you receive a notification about a claim being accepted or rejected, you can view the important details of that claim by tapping on the "View Statement" option available at the top of the claim details. This will open up the corresponding Explanation of Benefits statement which contains crucial information about the claim. It is important to review the Explanation of Benefits statements as they may contain requests for additional information required to approve your claim.
