Learn how to register and navigate through the member Portal.

Get ready

For the registration process, you will need the following:

  • An email address
  • Your username (sent in a physical letter)
  • Your date of birth
  • The last 3 digits of your Social Insurance Number (SIN)

Visit the member Portal
  1. Visit the Member Portal
  2. Register your account, ensuring you have all the required information. Complete all the fields and click Register to finish your registration
  3. Log in. You can now log in with the username provided by Ellement and the password you created. Before using the Member Portal, you must agree to the Terms of Use

Navigate the Member Portal

Account Info: You can update your address and view your spouse and dependents on file (if applicable). You can also add or update your banking details for direct deposit of claims payments and view your pre-authorized payment account information (if applicable).

Submit a claim: Visit the Ellement Group Benefits App for submitting health or dental claims. 

Work Hours: View the hours reported from your contributing employer(s).

Self-payment: Submit an application to make a self-payment.

Hour Bank: Check your eligibility and Hour Bank account balance. 

Pension Estimator: View different retirement options with our convenient pension calculator
